With that stated:
I always ask Guest what made them choose my accommodations over a hotel or motel. Their usual response is:
- They want a kitchen so they can cook their own meals and save money.
- Hotels etc. have doors slamming, bumping walls etc. and they prefer quiet.
Accommodations rented and occupied by two adult family men splitting the $63. (per night) fee for seven (7) days.

With that said:
Me: The day before check-out when I inquired if there was anything I could do for them:
Guest: Can we stay beyond check-out @ 11:00am, as we worked midnights and need sleep before getting on the long road home ...
Me: Yes of course, stay as long as you need: They left at 3:30pm.
Me (after-thought): Who would want to prolong their stay in a rough neighborhood!?

What happens when a Host (Guest) does not comply with our policy
Para 2: If the host improperly rejects guests on the basis of protected class, or uses language demonstrating that his or her actions were motivated by factors prohibited by this policy, Airbnb will take steps to enforce this policy, up to and including suspending the host from the platform.
