"how the idea of hospitality has changed in the recent years since Airbnb become popular".

For the interview I'm looking for advice from airbnb superhost on how to start hosting and the own experiences.

Why as an experienced superhost yourself do you need to interview another superhost on how to start hosting? Doesn’t  really sound like a documentary subject. @Andrea4192 

Anyway, I would suggest you post on a local host forum for the area you are interested in and give them an idea of who you have been commissioned to do the documentary by, so the host can see whether it is worth giving up their time to help you.
