I am really disappointed at the lack of support and poor customer service AirBnB gives its owners. I work really had to make sure our guests are happy and AirBnB collects a huge commission and besides the listing and collecting a large amount from MY guests does nothing.
I had a guest change their mind, disputed the charge on their credit card, turned down a reservation because of, called support two times and was told I would be paid only to see the reservation disappear. AirBnB should be holding the guest to her reservation, immediately finding me another guest or pay me.
