Does anyone know how Governor Jay Inslee's (WA) extended moratorium affects AirBnB's?

As announced this morning...

I’m extending and expanding our eviction moratorium. Here’s what’s new

1) The expanded order prohibits evictions, raising rents and late fees, and also prohibits threats and intimidation involving these actions.

2) The eviction moratorium now covers:
Hotels/Motels
Airbnb rentals
Lots/parcels (like those leased by motor home owners)
Public campgrounds
Other transitional housing

When the moratorium is lifted, landlords cannot turn unpaid rent into enforceable debt unless:
they offer a reasonable payment plan, AND
the tenant fails to comply or refuses that plan

No one should lose their home because they can’t pay rent during this crisis.
