Hi @Stephanie / @Lizzie / @Aisling
Can you please tell me why guests from countries where restrictions are ending are still allowed to claim full refunds. I have a guest who claimed a full refund because the concert she was going to next month was cancelled. This is not an extenuating circumstance. Bars restaurants, museums and lots of other tourist amenities are opening back up later this month so there is no reason for domestic guests to cancel their trip.
The Extenuating Circumstance policy needs to be updated to reflect each countries plan for easing restrictions. Domestic guests should not be entitled to full refunds. I can understand if flights are cancelled but these guests are sometimes only driving one hour to get here.
