Hi everyone!

My name is Christian Berkley and I've been an airnbnb user for a few years and just a couple months ago, a friend of mine asked me if I was interested in turning one of his empty houses into a successful airbnb listing. I'd never done it before but I was intrigued by the offer and took him up on it. Here I am, a couple months later, and my friend and I sit with quite a bit of fast success under our belts. So I've decided to branch out and try to turn co-hosting into a full time living. It was such a fun and lucrative business, why wouldn't I give it a go? Is anyone else tired of keeping up with messages, booking, check ins, cleaning, etc.? Let's talk!
