Oh yes, number of Reservations and number of Nights is not even close to accurate !!  Gross Earnings is off by just a tiny bit ... 

I can't figure out how they arrived at the totals in the Earnings Summary under the categories: "Airbnb Service Fees" and the "Adjustments" column.

 

Rep directs me to help articles that don't address the Earnings Summary details. Does Airbnb offer any smart help in deciphering these figures?
