Editing occupancy tax rate--*error unable to update" massage

Hi everyone

I had a simple mistake of mistyping an in accurate occupancy tax rate to be added for guest to pay. I attempted many times to edit to correct this mistake, but I keep receiving an error message when I click save. I called Airbnb and they were not very helpful in resolving their own software glitch. Has anyone encounter this same issue? If so any advice?

Hi @Joe2889 ! Did you find out yet how to edit the Occupancy Tax Rate on your listing?

I found this on the Help Centre, it mentions you need to turn on Professional Hosting Tools perhaps that could be the problem: https://www.airbnb.co.uk/help/article/2523/how-to-add-taxes-to-listings

How to edit occupancy tax or local taxes if you live/host in the US, are not a "professional host" and have made an error in the percentage?  Does it matter if you are under the 20K threshold for 2021, as they (Air) doesn't seem to be paying or submitting to IRS if under that threshold?  What do they do with the tax that they've collected then?  So many questions, so little time!  Thanks ahead for anyone who can enlighten.  We're new to Air!  I don't see how to edit anywhere or change the tax percentage.
