The Team feature is something I as a Property Manager find very attractive and of great value. However, together with Tasks, there is a learning curve, a lot of unanswered questions and a lot of things that can be improved in my humble opinion. Let's share here our questions, knowledge and ideas about how Airbnb can evolve Teams and Tasks to its full potential.
There is a free mobile app called AirTeam App on the App Store. This one takes care of all the maintenance tasks, be it urgent or recurring. Handles invoicing for the maintenance crew and re-invoicing for property owners (with a mark up) if you’re a property manager. I find this tool to be simply awesome. It really helps our team. It doesn’t have housekeeping management yet but they promised that it would be available later this year.
