Extenuating Circumstance Policy

As a Host I am tired of being the Insurance Policy for Guests.  Most all Other travel companies like VRBO offer guests trip insurance which relieves the Host of any potential last minute losses.  The policy states the Guest will get a full refund and the Host will not incur any fees is such a Lie. The Host incurs the complete loss of a booking often in such short notice there is no way to re-rent property.  I have 4 rental properties and if Airbnb decides to refund everyone's money due to the Corona versus then I will be Out Of Business.  None of this would be an issue if Airbnb offered Trip Insurance.  In effect, Airbnb is asking the Host to absorb every guests misfortunes.  That is putting all the losses on the host rather than spreading the losses out to the individuals that actually had the loss.  Airbnb needs to Step Up in a hurry or we will be forced to stop hosting...  Please please Airbnb wake up and be fair...
