Air bnb has changed the extenuating circumstance policy for guest to extend to june 30th, but the 25% host were suppose to receive ends on may 30th??? How is this fair? If they change one they should change the other.....
@Courtney336 Under UK law, if a contract is frustrated (ie through no fault of either party a contract cannot be fulfilled), there is no choice for Airbnb to cancel the contract (ie booking).
I don't think Airbnb could continue with their 25% (aka 12.5% or 0%) as its just not affordable for them.
