Extortion being allowed and no insurance coverage by Airbnb!

We had a guest stay at our home and now are regretting it! From the moment she booked she wanted more, which we gave. "Check in early?" Sure. July 1. 10:08 July 2, "TV downstairs doesn't work and an outside outlet doesn't work." We were there by 10:30 am to show where the breaker boxes are and to let them know it seems the remote has gone missing and to "push" the button on the side of TV and it will come on. Came back on July 2 at 2:23 because she says, "Trash cans too full," and she wanted us to come and pick up the trash (even though we had 3 more she could have used). We brought an additional 3 more which totaled 8. July 3 at 6:28 pm, "The AC has not been working since yesterday." We had been there the day been there the day before twice and she never mentioned it. We got an AC man out there at 8:26 am who said there is nothing wrong with AC, "maybe keep the doors shut." And the next thing we know she has left a horrible review/message talking about how she couldn't use the stove top, however she had ruined the stove top by burning something on the stainless steel that is now embedded into the steel on two of the burners, which Airbnb says that:
"Please know the Airbnb Host Guarantee is an Actual Cash Value (ACV) policy rather than Replacement Cash Value (RCV) policy. Although an item may cost you more to replace, our policy covers the reimbursement of the Actual Cash Value of any damaged or missing item only. Please know this is a standard industry practice. Unfortunately, after 30 years the cook top has no actual cash value." So we are now out of a damaged stove top!
With all that said, finally here is the extortion that Airbnb has completely ignored and has not taken down the review which I have asked them to! The guests message in Airbnb: July 5th, 1:30 PM "You are a great host and I know that you are trying to sell the house. But I do believe that in fairness, we are entitled to some sort of partial refund." And then at 3:32 pm same day, "I'm not sure if I'm being ignored in my request or not. So I will consider removing my review of your place if decide to do the right thing." After requesting for her to pay for the stove top she let us know she was a lawyer and would sue us for not doing the right thing. This is now the 21st of July! The review is still up and all Airbnb has to tell us is they are not going to pay for the stove top! Unbelievable!
