Last month my son booked an apartment thru airbnb. When on the time to check in the owner wanted to delay up to 5 pm. Unfortunately he don't agree and end up book another apartment at booking. com.
The owner said he will make the refund but until today there's no news. May I know how to chase back the money.
Your son needed to contact Airbnb to cancel the reservation and arrange for a refund. You don't just take a host's word for it that they will send you a refund. That isn't how Airbnb works. A refund can't be issued if the reservation isn't cancelled.
