Fellow Airbnb hosts file for unemployment now

I just file for unemployment under the new  Pandemic unemployment assistance here in Tennessee. Filed under self employed bed and breakfast. Put in my earning last year and i qualified. There was a video that walked me through it.

Have you heard anything about how long you can continue to collect unemployment for? The criteria is so broad. It's for those "effected by the pandemic" and you don't have to "look for work" each week. Sounds like you could have your listing in sleep mode until there's a vaccine. With this $600 Federal add-on plus the $300 Federal add-on that they are now adding, you can probably double what you would otherwise earn by operating your Airbnb.
