Free photo shoot

Hi.  I have been offered a free photo shoot.  I'm a bit confused about whether this is in fact free or there are some catch somewhere.  The information says something about the cost coming off the next listing, then says it will be $0 dollars.  Has anyone else taken up the free photo shoot and confirm it is free and doesn't just end up taking my future revenue?  Any other catches?

@Jonathan1748 You can only ask the question as to whether it is free to Airbnb. I would caution you to also get any agreement in writing. If Airbnb own the copyright of the pictures it means you cannot easily dual list your property on another site. Also if Airbnb have control over the pictures you may not like the ones they use. All of the above will be clearly laid out in the agreement.
