Frustrated host

I have been trying to list my property for just over 2 weeks and it is showing as suspended. I have been in contact through chat line and phone every day since then and am told every time that this is not my area and a member of the specialist team will be in contact. I have tried to edit my settings etc as guided but still nothing.  I almost at my wits end with the support network. 
Can someone please point me in the right direction of the “specialist team”

@Sally883 You can't directly contact any special team. You have to go through their useless customer service dept. It's very frustrating and requires a lot of patience.

 

I'll tag a forum moderator here. Maybe she can light a fire under their butts. 

 

@Sybe  Could you possibly help these prospective hosts to get some actual help from CS?

gosh, it's bad enough trying to navigate the property manage app when you are new, without this happening too.  @Sally883  be sure to turn off smart pricing, add "no parties" and few other things to rules. it's handy to go to youtube and do a full run through, there's SO much stuff you need to tweak after going live.
