Hello everyone! 👋 Wishing you all a fantastic Friday 🌟
Keeping your listings up to date with all the amenities you offer is key to standing out from other accommodations. There are several amenities that you can list on your Airbnb.
Today, we invite you to share in the comments which of these amenities you provide at your property. Which ones do you think make your Airbnb stand out from the rest? If anyone has a full line, or a full house, please do shout BINGO in the comments! 😉
Let’s find out which amenities are the most popular and unique within our amazing Host community! 🌟
I give them complete freedom without restrictions. But regularly.
That's so kind of you @Qutaiba3 👏🎉!
I was curious, since self check-in can be sometimes confusing for guests, how do you ensure a smooth self-check in for guests? Which smart lock do you prefer for this process?
Because I am always in the same place waiting for the guests and handing them the keys. It would be better if we see each other face to face so that the guest does not feel cold and frozen in feling. I have to be lively and interactive at the same time.
Thanks @Qutaiba3 , I think many Hosts would agree to that! We discussed a similar topic here "What's your preferred check-in system and style?", and many Hosts shared similar check in tips.
Do you follow any specific communication tips with guests? Or walk them around the listing on their first day?
Do it according to their wishes.
bingo
Brilliant @Courtley0 ! 😍 Looks like you've amazingly captured all the amenities in your listing 😉
Which amenity are you most proud of?
No BBQ, Fireplace, EV charger, hot tub
Thanks for sharing @Clayton135. I had a sneak peek at your listing and noticed that you offer so many things!
Which amenities guests enjoy the most? Do they often share any feedback related to the amenities?
Nothing specific but all say this is a home they are able to share and not sanitized.
We are everything on list except ev charger and washer
Swimming pool
@Paula ,
What a fun post! I have a lot here except: fireplace, pool, hot tub, bathtub, beach essentials (we are not close to the beach but offer a cooler, umbrella, water bottles for a hike, baby stuff free of charge).
We’ve had 5 guests use our EV charger which we don’t charge extra for so it’s a nice to have but not in high demand (and we are in a city that has many EV’s).
Many guests comment on our heated floors which is so nice but we had to pull it out of our listing when it malfunctioned and it was quite exoensive to fix (some guests broke our tiles). We have it up and running again and it is quite the treat even for a small space. The ac is another one that is much appreciated, or at least the ability to be in full control of their temperature (within reason - one guest kept it up to 85 degrees when they visited during the late fall - they said that is the temp they were used to).
The great selection of organic coffees, teas and snacks are always appreciated by many guests too.
Hello @Lorina14, thank you so much for participating in this game 😊
So, you offer a selection of organic coffees, teas, and snacks at your property? Wow, that’s wonderful! I’d love to know more about it 🤗
