Keeping your listings up to date with all the amenities you offer is key to standing out from other accommodations. There are several amenities that you can list on your Airbnb.

They like our our fully stocked kitchen(pots pans dishes utensils)  the pack and play and baby chairs. and the staff running the building are polite to our guest as well. also the mini golf area/ lazy river and pub looking out at the beach. .

@Paula I think it is location first 600 metre to the beach and the amenities would possible the full kitchen and the garden with private yard.

I supply everything on the list except:

- EV Charger (the grocery store down the street has 4 charging stations in the parking lot).

- Pool

- Hot tub

My guests appreciate the convenience of having the following at my listing:

Beach Pass

Beach chairs

Beach Towels 

Portable ice chest

My listing used to appear under BEACHES  category...but for some reason this past summer Airbnb removed my home from that category... and put me in Vineyard.

I have no idea why, nor how they did that without consulting with me.

My bookings dropped 50% this year.

Yet a fellow host with a home nearby (same neighborhood), remains under beaches category. 

I've given up.

Every Support Rep closed every case, stating "Unfortunately no one in Tech Support knows how to resolve this issue...Thank you for being a Super Host we really appreciate it."

From the list, there are some things we don't have because is a beach property (Fireplace, heating) we don't have a backyard because is third level apartment but there is lots of space for bike rides and walks in the area. Also no EV charger but hope to have one soon 😊

Have you noticed that guests in your area are using more EV cars? Would this be a great differentiator from other properties in your area?

Not really, because the property is in Mexico it is hard to find EV cars.  So for the moment is not an issue

They are amenities I provide. I suspect they set me apart from other properties as I don’t see them often. I would like it to become the standard though, like heated towel bars in England and bidet toilet seats in Japan. I am in Seattle.
