Getting ready to begin hosting for the first time and looking for a CoHost

Hello! I am planning to turn my 1 bed 1 bath guest house on my rental property into an Air b&b space.  I am in need of a co-host as I live 3 hours away.  I will be staying in the guest house every other weekend, but need help managing it during the two weeks I am not there.  How do I go about finding someone in the local area?

Thanks for any and all advise or suggestions!
