Getting results with scam artists & thieves

I’m experiencing nothing but the corporate run around with Airbnb and asking me to continuously jump through hoops to get no phone calls back and no results. Is anybody else experiencing the same problems, considering pulling our 22 rentals from Airbnb since I am a super host and we’ve had one scam artist / thief Destroyed our place And Airbnb has done pretty much nothing other than keep asking for more stuff
