Guest Credi-/COVID-Not towards original Listing?

Terribly discouraged and worse, disappointed that Airbnb allowed a guest cancellation for a June 15th reservation (cancelled May 1st) for a listing with host cancellation terms that require 50% payout. Guest cited COVID as a reason to cancel, but Airbnb didn't warrant a refund of any kind, because the guest couldn't prove travel restrictions or illness, so Airbnb issued the guest a credit instead - a credit not issued for a re-booking with our listing, but rather any AIRBNB host or listing. Airbnb retained the income while not protecting a host payout, or considering a reservation commitment that had our calendar blocked for nearly 3 months. This is very disappointing and exceedingly inequitable. We're an Airbnb superhost with 100+ properties listed for our two accounts, and our homeowners also need your consideration. It would only be right to apply that credit to the original listing.

Indeed, we are disappointed and now stressfully await more cancellations where the guest is not actually impacted by COVID, but the host has their income taken by Airbnb who is financially secure in this decision.

@SkyRun4 If you have proof of this I suggest you take them to arbitration. This is not at all in the spirit of what they have announced
