Guest damaged items in my apartment - no answer from airbnb crew for over a month

Hello,

 

I have a big problem - over one month ago one of the guest which was renting my apartment, damaged the carpet in a main room (cigarette burns, dryed and pressed noodles etc) and broke the WiFi router.

I have called the airbnb infoline which is in my country (Poland). When I have described the problem to a person which I was talking, he sent me message on airbnb to describe problem once again and attach the pictures of damaged items.

I didnt get any response - I was writting every week till now and there is no answer...

Any Idea what should I do ?

Call them again? 

When Im calling the infoline, there is only automatic info that they have sent to me message thru airbnb to describe the problem and the phone call ends...
