Guest reserves as 1 but stays as 2 persons

Hi there,

One of my guest reserved my property as 1 guest but he just texted me that he 'll stay as 2 people.I sent him new reservation correction as 2 guests. Now he is asking me why he has to pay more .How can i kindly make him understand that he has to pay for second guest?

@Deniz85 You can try to explain that the cost accounts for the additional utilities, risk, and resources involved with hosting an extra person, but there's not a way to "make" someone understand something.

As long as the Extra Person Fee is already built into your listing, you're not obliged to explain it.
