Guests left a Clogged toilet, make a claim but I need a professional statement, someone help me

I need a professional plumber's statement, I don't know how to do that ?

I had some guests, they were crazy people, they left the house upside down, they left the bathroom clogged  and more damages ,  I made the claim to Airbnb with invoice and evidence but now the airbnb people want a professional statement and I don't have it.

Please someone help me to do that, I think they want a letter but  I don't know how to do it and neither does the plumber

My guess is that a standard invoice would suffice.

@Fernando1561 My guess is that your plumber needs to describe, in detail, the issue and damage caused probably on headed paper.
