I am making a claim to airbnb claims department, because one guest took 2 towels and the cooler, it's about 60 dollars, after two weeks, airbnp people responded and they said the claim was not accepted , due to lack of evidence, even I sent to them a copy of the invoice for the new cooler and the towels, they need more proofs like pictures of the lost products, but how would I know they were going to be stolen? can someone help me how to get this claim accepted I am very worry because when a TV or something more expensive is stolen, i will lost my money again?
