HOW TO ORGANIZE THE CLEANING: cleaning lady in Hollywood FL

Hello Community

I manage 11 properties in Hollywood FL, my cleaning lady gat hit by a car and I really need to find a new one.

I was lucky because she was a stay at home mom with 2 babies so she was always available when I needed her

The main problems are that most of the cleaning ladies already work for other families and have few availabilities.

Cleaning companies are too expensive

Can you please tell me how you organized the cleaning?

Any suggestion on how to find one available for me?
