HOW TO TAKE MONEY BACK WHEN I'M NOT STAYING?

Hi there, so I had booked a hotel with airbnb in 26 Jan, at around 3PM and gonna got to the place at 7PM, stay for 1 night only. Because i was too hurried so i didn't talk to the host first.

But after the confirmation, the host replied me that there is no room left and they can't cancel (i didn't ask for reason). So he decided to solve it privately and promised to pay back all my cost.

My master card was deducted around 31.18$ (~740.000vnd), but when pay back he only gave me 600.000vnd (~26$). Then told me that about back then, he couldn't cancel (not don't want to cancel) and refuse to pay the money left. The host gave me a picture that he recieved only 620.000vnd (27$) for the trip.

So is there any solution for me to get all my money back? Please help.

The host said true there is some deduction by Airbnb for their service. If you have further query kindly contact with Airbnb support team.
