Do you have any advice on maintaining the Superhost status and creating an unforgettable guest experiences?

@Rebecca , to continue operating our Airbnb listing with minimal interference from Airbnb AI bugs, inconsistent Airbnb policy and substandard Airbnb customer service. We’ve been lucky so far with the exception of the new “free parking” feature.  This “new” feature removes my listing from searches as we only offer free street parking and only allow parking on the premises during street sweeping day.

@Quincy , yes it is very easy to find parking and there is always plenty of parking right in front of the unit. Never had a problem with a guest finding parking.

Hi Quincy!

We enhanced the living room view by installing wall-to-wall and ceiling-to-floor windows. We added sheer curtains to allow light and the enjoyment of the view, while maintaining privacy. 

We also upgraded all the closet doors, painted and replaced ceiling fans, and buffed and shined our brick floors.

We first shopped around and selected locals with recommendations.

We used the old windows and had frame replaced to match the additional new windows.

Did the same with the doors, some were repaired but most were replaced. And did the same with the floors Selecting the one with recommendations and reasonable price.

Everything was done within three weeks after agreement.
