For me, my goal this year is to bring the most relevant and impactful topics to our conversations, create meaningful discussions, and, with your help, continue building a strong and supportive online community. The community team have got some ideas and plans to make this our best year yet!

I am a neighbor to an air bnb property.  This community has greatly helped me understand how to coexist with this property.  

For 2025 I want to continue to learn more in an effort to achieve an acceptable amount of safety, security and tranquility that I do not feel I need to sell my home at a loss and move.

Hi there! Thx for asking - i want to finish painting my front room! Its only been 3 year and get a smart doorhandle - actually a door handle fullstop would be good.

But on the funner impractical side, where my energy usually goes, please see my recent post about wanting to build a stay that is also an experience.

Chuffed I ticked off my hosting and financial goals for 2024 if not the reno goals.

 "more immersive than universal studios japan " yah genuine - that made my 2024 🙂

This follows probably the lowest point of my hosting journey when the Harry Potterness was just a light decorating theme combined with covid panic eucalyptus sanitiser overdose (smell really really lingers 😬)other glitches must have seriously dissapointed (such a lovely guest they didn't trash my rating!) 

2025 is switching back to hosting tourists who aren't on working holidays and delighting them with the unusual - local snacks and games.

Butterfly house completed is a stretch goal.
