Has anyone applied for Unemployment in CA for loss of Airbnb income?

Seeing lots of articles that say in CA, Airbnb hosts may be eligible for unemployment due to lost income. Has anyone applied for unemployment benefits for this in CA yet? I can't quite figure out where/how to file on the online platform under this reason... Thx

Hi Heather, 

You first have to register with the Employment Development Department. After that you apply. The website for registration is:  https://www.edd.ca.gov/Unemployment/UI_Online.html

The next step is the application processes which is at the same website.
