Have you ever wondered the truth about our community managers

I am taking a liberty here posting material that should be best left hidden! Everyone has their dark secrets!

Every day we have interaction with the CC community managers, they do a great job and don't receive enough recognition.

The reason for that is, all we know about them is what we see in that tiny icon....that Avatar.

Well, with their permission I would like to put that straight.

Communication means so much more when you can visually relate to the person you are dealing with, and by putting a bit of a bio together here I hope that it will promote the CC staff in a more personal and friendly light!

I have delved deep into their personalities and come up with these interesting facts.......

This post was actually inspired by another contributor @Emiel1 and related to one of her most desired questions.

With Christmas just around the corner I hope the moderators accept this in the name of good fun!

I hope you don't find this too offensive but, a month or so ago I did a JibJab E-card which featured a few of you guys from the CC....maybe you remember it.

Every few days I get emails from JibJab telling me to make more E-cards for Christmas, and because yours was the last image I used in that previous card, it keeps on coming up as the staring face in my new email JibJab card prompts. Some of them have been mildly funny, but I roared with laughter when this one popped up in my emails this morning ..........

That pic is actually a 3 second 'gif' which features a certain part of your anatomy igniting the Christmas canon which the CC software won't except for inclusion here... :-((

I hope you see the humour in it Christine!

Hey Jóse-Renato, that is bloody wonderful! I now have two perfect pictures of my mother. May not be the original but that doesn't matter....that means a lot to me, maybe more than you realise Jóse.

I am going to print that and frame it in the same style as the other photo I have of mum and it will go on a mantlepiece somewhere in the main house. Thank you so much mate, a great Christmas present!

Rest assured a hosts version of this is not going to appear any time soon, Jóse this was mana from heaven, all the moderators bios were on the one page so, it was childs-play to just doctor them a bit. 

But I did have a serious side to it. I wanted them to be seen as friends rather than work acquaintances. I have seen a lot of posts this year from members here being critical of the SOG staff as to why they can't pull a rabbit out of a hat for them. The moderators do a great job, this is probably the best run forum site I have seen or been involved with.....it is so well run that we take it for granted and expect more of it than we maybe have a right to expect!

Jóse, you and I share one great passion, a love of Brazilian music, my hope is one day the CC will support audio and I can play you a song or two without UTube being involved!

If you want to print them, here you are. She prepared to print 15centimeters x 21 centimeters with good quality.

I hope the community software does not interfere with the resolutions.

Edited: I have just tested it by downloading it. It downgraded the resolution indeed.

If this way It does not do, you can send an address email to send it at higher  resolution to print it. It is up to you!

Thank you so much Jose Renato and please thank Ana for me, she must have the most amazing technology to do something like that, her restorations are perfect.

You know, we live in an amazing age as far as technology is concerned, the kids of today take it for granted........ but every now and then, even they are blown away by it.

Our younger granddaughter is named Ivy Rose. Here she is, she has just turned five and she has her own Samsung tablet.

The other day, a week before Christmas, this turned up on it for her.....

Jóse Renato, just to show you where Ana's lovely work has ended up, I have decided to give a framed copy of her work to my sister Tina, who just adored her mum, for Christmas. I searched through the local op shops for a suitable old frame and, here it is.....Christmas eve and all is ready to give to her tomorrow.

Jóse , she is going to cry when she sees it and on the back of the frame I have fixed the original state newspaper article relating the the marriage of Mum and Dad back in February 1938.....

Thanks to you and Anna you have made this family's Christmas just that bit happier.

@Robin4 ,  The pics are precious, she was a Stunner Rob!   We forget our Moms were once young (RIP Mom, I miss you), hell I forget that I was once young even though it was just yesterday, maybe the day before!!!!!! 

BTW, I'm still young at heart and mind even if the roadways to them get blocked every now and then (thank god for Heart Dr's ) !
