Hi @Enock-N--Jaqi0 , a very warm welcome to the community 🌻 It’s fantastic to have you both here!
I saw your listing pictures and it's designed beautifully 😍 Did you decorate the listing yourself?
I am also inviting a few hosts from Uganda if they'd like to share a warm hello! Hi everyone @Ibrahim260 @Becky656 @Roni3629 @Carlos6016 @Mariam326 @Namulema0 @Kevin3499 , would you like to share greetings with new host @Enock-N--Jaqi0 from Kampala, Uganda? 🎉
Kind regards,
Bhumika
Hello @Bhumika, thanks for the warm welcome to the community, we appreciate. Thanks too for checking out our listing, yes, we did the decorations ourselves, Jackie, my partner is actually an interior designer.
Wow @Enock-N--Jaqi0 ! It must be wonderful to have an interior designer in the family to help with the decorations 😉
What inspired your decor choices for the listing?
Haha...thank you Bhumika...
Well, our decor theme is deeply inspired by the rich cultural heritage and natural beauty of Uganda and Africa at large, blended with a touch of modernity to create a unique and inviting atmosphere.
We drew inspiration from traditional Ugandan and African art, patterns, and materials, which are thoughtfully incorporated into the design to celebrate the vibrancy and diversity of our continent. At the same time, we infused modern elements to ensure comfort, functionality, and a contemporary aesthetic.
This fusion of tradition and modernity reflects our commitment to honoring African roots while embracing global trends, creating a space that feels both authentic and refreshingly current.
