Help, help Split Croatia

Our family, 6 persons, is arriving for 4 days in Split (11/08-14/08) but our Airbnb reservation was cancelled today. No real solution is proposed by support (only one flat in very far cities from Split but we do not have car nor abilities to take one)

So,  if you know someone that can propose us a solution, please let me know.

Thanks a lot

Just a remark, it seems aircover for guests is simply a fake
