Hey guys I need advice. I recently lost my partner to covid 19 we had his apartment on Airbnb but now the family is handaling all his assets so I am left with the entire year fully booked but no place to host them anyone know of how I can get a fast loan for about $5000 dollars so that I can get an apartment to host and continue doing Airbnb. 

please any advice or tips to help me out.

You can not transfer excisting reservations to another appartment without the permission of the guests (their confirmation of the "change" request received).

But if the family do not want you to continue hosting the existing reservations, then the reservations need to be cancelled (penalties applied by Airbnb). Or contact Airbnb, explain situation and ask them to cancel penalty free.
