How do I help a guest upload their ID?

They say that the system is not allowing them to?

This booking is about to expire - what do I do?

You can not help the guest, they have to complete the verification procedure or they have to contact Airbnb if having any issues.

@Claudia2884  As Emiel said, the guest has to work this out with Airbnb. But if it's a request that is about to expire, you should tell the guest to withdraw the request until she gets this figured out, because if the request expures before you have accepted it, you will get penalized.

I wish Airbnb would not let guests try to book anything until they have uploaded all the required info.
