Home Owners Insurance - New Zealand

Hi there, 

 

We have been running our property now for over a year as an Air BnB. 

 

Our broker has us paying commercial motel insurance which seems over kill! 

This is costing us nearly $600 per month and almost makes it not worth it. 

 

I am keen to take advice from others on what insurance you are using and what it costs?
