Hi everyone! We're a family of 4 and have a beautiful 2br condo 5 minutes away from Punta Cana beach in the Dominican Republic. We love to travel and already been in so many amazing places. My wife and I have been talking about doing some home swapping with the right people for our next trip.
So, here's the deal... We'd like to swap homes as long as it can host all 4 of us (wife, our 3 & 4yo daughters and myself). Almost any place could be good for us.
Our place:
-Master bedroom with King Size bed, private bathroom and "L" shape balcony overlooking the golf course.
-2nd bedroom with large window and a large bunk bed (mostly for children).
-Fully equipped kitchen with all appliances such as 4 burner electric stove, microwave, electric oven, blender, toaster and a top freezer refrigerator
-Living room with large comfy bed-couch, flat screen TV, music center with cassette and record player (yes, you've heard it right).
-Private balcony with lots of plants ideal to sit for a while to relax, they may need some water 😉
-Condo swimming pool next to the building.
Even though is great to have such a beautiful apartment and pool, you would not spend much time on either of those due to the proximity of one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, Punta Cana.
The apartment is located inside a gated community, you only get to enter with a card-pass we'll provide, security guards everywhere and the homes are around a golf course you can play and walk on. The whole surroundings are really beautiful, so bring your camera for possible photo shoots.
With small ponds and lots of vegetation, this place is ideal for exploring and enjoying the real atmosphere of the Caribbean. It has also a very conveniently located minimarket just a few blocks away inside the gated community so you can choose in walking there for groceries or opt for delivery.
This is a hot property and one of the most beautiful places in the Caribbean visited by 6.2 millions of people every year. Most people that comes to this destination selects resorts making it very difficult to explore the place. This is a very safe and beautiful island with lots of places to visit and stuff to do (we can recommend lots of things for you). We also recommend renting a car and having at least 1-2 weeks to spend here.
With all that in mind, we would love stay pretty much any place, but will be considering more the places that has a lot of contrast with the one we live on. A place with mountains, lakes and rivers, away from big cities, lots of nature and excursions to do, even cold weather is appealing for us. XD
