@Amal401 If you arrive at an Airbnb and find it unacceptable in some way, the correct protocol is to contact the host to give them an opportunity to correct the issue. Perhaps he assumed his cleaner had showed up that day and they didn't. If the host can't, or won't deal with whatever is wrong, then you contact Airbnb to let them know and cancel the reservation. Sometimes they will find you a comparable place to relocate to and even give you and extra 10% if the new place is more expensive than the one you booked.
