Hosts with Maui guest Reservations, are you canceling reservations later this year because of strict travel restrictions for Hawaii?

On Maui, the resorts and hotels are closed.  Are any hosts concerned that your condo/home in Maui reservations will be off limits because of Hawai's strict travel restrictions, and you will have to cancel?  This could result in paying multiple fines if Airbnb does not keep moving their extenuating circumstance policy.  What if there are relatively few restrictions on the mainland, but Hawaii is still keeping tourists away?  

Or is anyone canceling 2020 Maui reservations now, and just rebooking if/when the situation changes?

Surely if travel restrictions still exist the guests will have to cancel and there will be no host cancellation charges. 

The alternative is to cancel all future bookings by the 30th April penalty free.
