Airbnb canceled a reservation of the guest who had brought 30 people into the house and the police intervened 3 times due to the noisy party.
After canceling the reservation one day in advance, the guest requested a refund for that paid day.
one from Airbnb Community Support wrote to me that he was given the refund to the guest by subtracting him from my pay.
I pointed out that the guest has accepted the house rules which provide for cancellation without refund in case of holidays.
I also said to show me which airbnb policy he had adopted to make this choice.
He didn't show me anything saying it was a matter of privacy.
How can I appeal this unfair decision?
