How can a guest book instantly on a blocked date?

Hey guys, pretty new to air bnb. 
I had a week while we’re away blocked out and all of my calandras linked for my listings yesterday somehow I’ve had an instant booking? 

I’vw checked each calendar and the all show the line through the date and comes up ‘blocked’ except for the two dates I now somehow have a booking on? Please help! 
we have massive plumbing issues at home and we won’t be home until after our guest has left

Sometimes systems fail so if you get a booking for blocked dates, you contact Air BNB and have the CS rep cancel the booking.  Also I see you have a host cancellation review as your first review.  Not good.  If the cancellation is related to the plumbing issues,  you can aske Air BNB to remove the review when you supply proof of an extenuating circumstance.  Finally, you might consider turning off the Instant Book function until you have a bit more experience under your belt.  Good luck and welcome to the hosting community!
