How do I fix clicking on the wrong Cancel. No refund, border closed by gov't, now no refund.
Looks like I screwed up. I am in the U.S. with travel dates to Whistler Canada July 7-14 through the host Blackcomb Peaks Accomodation. Canada extended the closure of the border through July 21 for non-essential travel. I received an email from Airbnb that I can get a 100% refund. I tried to do that and it needed me to provide a government document that I did not have at the time even though it was announced. So, I canceled showing the reason was for COVID-19 and told the host of the issue. I never received anything back from the host and now it shows my refund is ZERO. I have no idea how to contact Airbnb and when I tried to upload the gov't document it doesn't allow me anymore since I probably already hit cancel. Just trying to figure out what to do next.
