@Alex7970 You don't have to review the guest at all, if your experience left you with no information to impart.
But if you feel compelled to write something, you can comment on how they communicated about their absence. If they gave appropriate notice and didn't ask for an undue refund, that is a perfect 5 star guest who deserves a recommendation. If the opposite was true, it's also worthy of mention.

I sent her the self-check-in details, she said thank you and never told me that she was not coming. Also did not ask for any refund.

@Alex7970 In that care, I personally wouldn't bother writing a review, unless there's a new development before the review period ends.
But I would send the guest a private message so that there's a paper trail showing that she didn't check in.
