How/where do I find the "resolution center" to check on a damage claim?

How/where do I find the "resolution center" to check on a damage claim?

Airbnb website is such a convoluted mess! I've searched for a while trying to find what they call "the resolution center" but I can't. 

 

Can someone tell me what vague links i need to click to get there so I can check on a damage claim I file recently?
