I am in Turkey here as host for pay out we use Iban. I give it but they ask me for swift which isn't available here I read a lot about it and get lost. Couldn't reach how to make swift and how canı get paid out or receive my money.

The IBAN identifies your individual account, the SWIFT identifies the specific bank @Suleiman1.  Have you asked your bank if they have a SWIFT code?

@Suleiman1  Have you considered a service such as Wise? It used to be called Transfer Wise, google it and see if that helps with your problem.
