Help! Making me want to through my computer through window.
Works on my phone but I want to see it on my laptop.
If I hit decline, I am put back to the screen where I cannot see anything.
If I accept, which is what I want to do, it just sits for hours thinking.
Any suggestions other than get a new laptop:)

Me too and my account and all reservations were cancelled! I'm getting calls from guests wondering why their reservations were cancelled. WTF!
Same thing happened to me and I have guests going elsewhere and 14 refunds given and saying the cancellation came from me. It was not my intention and I am waiting on reply to my email on if they can re-instate my bookings. Has anyone got any further advise on what I can do about it?

Do not press decline. This has led to some host accounts being cancelled.
I was having the same issue and tried several times to submit it till I got frustrated and opened up the inspect window and got rid of the window, never poped up again. It looks like the submission had gone through but could not close the window, maybe it was just timing.
