I had four self-catering cottages listed on Airbnb. Thinking that I didn’t want to host in one of them any more, I deactivated that particular listing, and it has gone from my dashboard.
I have now found my records show I have two bookings outstanding at that cottage, but they do not show up on Airbnb in my 'upcoming bookings', and are not showing as cancelled. (I don't wish to cancel them). Airbnb information says I cannot deactivate a listing which has outstanding bookings – so where do I find my deactivated listing, and how do I contact my forthcoming guests? Help please!
As a superhost they send you their customer services number every quarter when you get your superhost status, Airbnb's contact details are also available through Airbnb Help and on the Contact Airbnb post towards the top of the forum you are posting in @Richard1871
Thanks Helen - where do I find the number???
