I need help now
I’m a host and I need help removing a guest and cancelling their reservation. I’ve waited on the phone with airbnb for hours and no one picks up. What do I do?
Who cancels the reservation? I can’t do it online since it’s already started. I can’t reach anyone at airbnb to help me cancel it or to contact the guest. I’m not going to get penalized for a guest that keeps me up until 5:00am.
How do I reach support when I really need them?

@Tom118 Airbnb will not remove the guest from your home. They can tell the guest that the rest of the booking has been cancelled and that they have to leave, but they can't enforce that, that's up to you.
If you have a guest who is inconsiderately keeping you up with noise all night and you've talked to them about it and nothing changes, send the guest an Airbnb message telling the guest to pack up and leave. due to their disrespect. Deal with Airbnb after if you can't get ahold of them now. That's what I would do, anyway.

Another example of how airbnb makes a fortune while not taking any single liability. Terrible business practice and hosts abuse!
