I need to deactivate my listing with immediate effect please; can you advise me how to. I cannot get on to Airbnb.com. Why is this?

You need to deactivate the listing, but ofcourse it is only possible from your account.

Snooze-unlist-or-deactivate-your-listing

 

If you can not login to your account because of a password issue, please read:

Change-or-reset-your-password

 

Otherwise you need to contact Airbnb.
