IVA COLOMBIA ANFITRIONES

Hola alguien sabe si me toca cobrar el IVA al monto total de la reserva de un huésped? ademas del IVA que paga el huésped airbnb y la comision del 3% que se nos descuenta como anfitrión?

I only know about rules in Europe:

If host has a business account with Airbnb (so host owns a VAT number),  the host must charge VAT on the reservations (to be added in section "Taxes").
